The Lupu Bridge is an arch bridge that crosses the Huangpu River in Shanghai, China and is located near the Expo Park. Construction of the bridge began in 2000 and in 2003 the bridge opened. The Lupu bridge has a span of 550 meters and was the world's largest arch bridge until 2009. Today it is the third largest arch bridge in the world.
