The Tjeldsund bridge is a suspension bridge in Norway that connects Hinnøya with the mainland. The bridge is 1,001 meters long, and has 32 spans with a main span of 290 metres. Construction of the bridge started in 1965 and in 1967 the bridge was opened.
The bridge was paid for and financed with tolls, and toll collection ceased in 1981
