Kvalsund Bridge is a suspension bridge located in Finnmark, Norway, connecting the mainland with Kvaløya. Construction of the bridge began in 1973 and opened in 1977, making it the world's northernmost suspension bridge. The bridge replaced the ferry connection. The bridge is 741 meters long and has a main span of 525 meters. Kvalsund Bridge was Norway's largest bridge until the Skarnsund Bridge opened in 1991.
